She might have one leg shorter than the other. She might want a psychiatrist if she was flown all the way out. Psychiatrist can handle both the medical and psychological issues. She might be getting delusional over a physical problem that a psychiatrist knows about and a medical doctor wouldn't. If they send her home, make sure everything is documented. If it's psychiatric, you usually have to sue; they claim they're the US government there and the Inspector general won't do much. Good Luck She might have gout.
